AMAZON AT AVALON

The Main Event: On January 16, Toledo's FYP will transform Avalon into an Amazon rainforest paradise. Join us for a night of cocktails, dancing, a silent auction, South American themed appetizers, specialty drinks, and a special performance by the local popular band, Empire Drift. Funds raised will go to Kids Saving the Rainforest and Merazonia Animal Refuge to give children in the Amazon trees to plant and rescue wildlife. Andira Rain Tees will be available to purchase. Tara Hastings from Channel 11 and Laura Emerson of Channel 36 will be modeling the tees. Don't miss this wild event. Cover charge is just $5 at the door.

The Pre-party: You are cordially invited to a private champagne reception to benefit the Amazon rainforest hosted by FYP. Be the first to bid on silent auction items and enjoy South American hors d' oeuvres and atmosphere. Get wild with a personal makeover by the stylists of Anva Salon and Spa. Join us as we come together to support this endangered ecosystem with local Rain tee designer Beth Doane and Bethany Armstrong. Entry fee is just $10.
